Adana Kebab (Adana Kebabi)


  • 350 grams of minced meat
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 dry onions
  • 1 teaspoonful pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley


*Chop the onions in cubes. Strain the water and put it in a deep bowl.

*Crush the garlic, mix with onions. Mix the ground beef and beef mince, blend with a mixture of onion and garlic.

*Add the paprika, pepper and hot pepper then let absorbe to the mixture.

*Add oil. Finely chop the parsley and add to the mixture.

*Let the mixture rest in the cupboard for 2-3 hours.

*Grease the grill wire of the oven with butter.

*Heat the oven at 200 degrees on the fanless program.

*Spread the meat on the flat skewers and squeeze it.

*Cook for 20-25 minutes.
