Garlic Yoghurt With Carrots – Sarımsaklı Yoğurtlu Havuç Salatası


  • 600 gr. Carrot (4 pcs. Large)
  • 250 gr. Strained Yogurt (2 cups)
  • 40 gr. Olive oil (4 tablespoons)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)

*After peeling or scraping the carrots, grate them.

*Add 4 spoons of olive oil to a frying pan, and stir the carrots together for about 15 minutes until they turn well. fry and leave to cool.

*Thoroughly beat 2 cloves of garlic in a mortar with a pinch of salt.

*Put 2 cups of yogurt in a large bowl and add the crushed garlic, mix lightly and add the carrots, mix well and serve.

* Enjoy your meal.
