Islama Turkish Meatballs


  • 500 gr Dry Dough
  • 1.5 liters chicken broth
  • 200 grams melted butter
  • 600 grams boiled chicken (Shredded)
  • 70 grams powdered walnut


*Boil the whole chicken and drain the water.

*Pick to shreds chicken.

*Add 1 scoop of chicken broth to a round baking tray and place the dry dough in large and small pieces. Leave empty the middle of the tray.

*After you put another scoop of chicken broth on the dry dough, pour the melted butter over all the dough.

*Pour the boiled and stinged chicken pieces over the dough and pour the powdered walnuts.

*Repeat the process three more times.

*Place the remaining boiled, stewed chicken in the empty space, in the middle of the tray.

*Finally, after sprinkling on the powdered walnut, put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and serve hot.

*Enjoy your meal.
