Tomato Soup With Vermicelli (Sehriyeli Domates Corbasi)


  • A little more than half a glass of barley noodle
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth or one tablet chicken bouillon
  • 3 cups of hot water
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Enough salt


* We melt the butter in the pot, add the grated tomatoes.

*We add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and mix it.

*After adding the noodles, we roast a little.

*Then we add chicken broth (or a tablet chicken bouillon) and boiling water.

*We add the salt.
