Ingredients

  • 3 red capsicum peppers
  • 1 branch of fresh garlic
  • 4 onions
  • 1 kilo lamb of ground meat
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

* Chop the red capsicum peppers, fresh garlic, two onions and pass them through the food processor. Then put it in a bowl, add the minced meat, spices and salt and knead.

* Peel the potatoes and chop them round. Place the chopped potatoes on a baking sheet. Spread the ground meat you knead flat on it. On the mince; Decorate with the remaining onions that you chop round, green peppers that you chop large jelly and tomatoes that you chop round. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Take it out of the oven and serve hot.
