Yogurt Soup (Yogurt Corbasi)


  • 7 cups of water
  • 4 tablespoons of rice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of salt dry mint


*Add the water to the pan, add the rice after boiling.

*In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour and yogurt. Add on cooked rice and mix.

*While cooking, add a pinch of dried mint.

*After cooking for about 10 minutes, turn off the stove and add salt.

*Yogurt soup is ready to serve.

*Enjoy your meal.
